About the Role This is more than just a management role, it’s about building a strong, accountable, and motivated sales team that consistently delivers results. As Sales Performance Manager, you’ll lead from the front, coaching and developing the sales team, lifting performance, and aligning people, processes, and outcomes to drive growth. Key Responsibilities Driving sales team performance across key metrics like revenue, margin, and activity-based KPIs Coaching and mentoring reps to lift individual and team capability Embedding and enforcing consistent sales processes and best practices Partnering with leadership to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals Creating a culture of accountability where the team is supported and challenged to succeed About You: Ideally, a strong track record in the civil, agricultural and or haulage/trucking sectors and familiar with B2B product sales. Strong background in sales leadership or sales performance coaching Proven experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
