Dooralong Transformation Centre is a place of hope for people navigating the challenges of alcohol and other drug (AOD) dependence. We're seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our residential in Dooralong, NSW. Dooralong is a large residential service located in the Dooralong valley on the Central Coast. This is a full-time permanent position based in Dooralong, NSW, reporting to the Manager. The salary is aligned with the SCHADS Award Level 7. How you will make an impact Ensure services meet TSA guidelines, accreditation standards, and evidence-based best practice. Oversee budgets, risk, infrastructure, and contractual requirements. Lead a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a culture of care, respect and accountability. Embed continuous quality improvement and client feedback into service planning and delivery. Actively build partnerships, referral pathways and cross-sector collaborations. Represent TSA at sector forums and lead our contribution to the broader AOD landscape. What you will bring A degree in social work, nursing, psychology, welfare, community development or a related field. Extensive experience in the AOD sector with a minimum of 5 year's experience in leadership. A proven record of managing large and complex services, leading teams, and navigating compliance frameworks. A strategic, data-informed mindset with the ability to plan, evaluate and grow services.
