Job Description About the roles: We are currently recruiting for the following permanent full-time positions to join our growing team across our sites in Sydney. Control Room Operator – Retail site. Day and Night Shifts. Eastern Suburbs, Inner Sydney and Parramatta locations Rover - Retail and Commercial. CBD, Parramatta, Western Sydney and South Sydney sites. Day and Night Shifts Security Team Leader - Retail Site. Permanent day shift. Inner Sydney About our sites Our client sites offer extensive onsite and tailored training, including hands on systems walkthroughs, scenario-based control room simulations, and ongoing refresher sessions. This structured approach ensures you’re fully confident in all site-specific procedures, system operations, and emergency response protocols — allowing you to flourish whilst delivering exceptional security service standards including: Conflict resolution and incident reporting Conduct comprehensive patrols to ensure safety on site (Rover) Conduct detailed security checks for risks and breaches Perform control room operations, including monitor CCTV (Control room) Liaising with customers, clients and tenants Support loading dock operations About you Glad Group is committed to creating great teams, workplace environments and experiences.
