Your role within the team Reporting to the Customer Care Practitioner Team Manager, the Customer Care Practitioner will ensure excellent customer service standards and customer satisfaction for Swisse, Biostime, Nutra and Zesty Paws Customer Service Enquiries across several markets, with professional and educational communication to Customers and Healthcare Practitioners. Key responsibilities include: Provision of prompt, accurate and professional information to customers utilising expert Natural Health product knowledge Applying Health Science degree knowledge to be proficient at pharmacovigilance Use expert Naturopathic/Nutritional knowledge to contribute to projects conducted by other teams, such as HCP Medical Marketing and Marketing teams Answering customer queries internally (telephone, emails & social media) and externally (e.g. conferences/seminars) in a timely, professional and welcoming manner Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all customer queries on to the Swisse database, in accordance with the company's written procedures and regulatory requirements Provide support to the wider business, such as HCP Medical Marketing, Regulatory and Science, New Product Development, Quality Assurance, Sales, Marketing, Digital and Office Support teams Conduct internal and external Naturopathic or Nutritionist (Wellness) health consultations Contribute to internal and external technical writing such as Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), standard consumer responses, consumer health and product communication Confident and competent in giving short, generalized Naturopathic/Nutritional consultations (Wellness Chats) to staff and customers. To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity: Completed a minimum Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy/Nutrition) Minimum 2 years Customer Service, retail or related experience, especially communicating therapeutic product information (preferred) Experience in the Natural Medicine Industry, with significant Nutrition and Herbal Medicine knowledge Comprehensive knowledge of nutrients and herbal ingredients A passionate expert in wellness, nutrition and natural medicine Worked in retail sales or private practice, recommending health products or supplements (preferred) Worked collaboratively within smaller Teams Worked cross functionally with different Teams An in depth understanding of the VMS competitive landscape Experience with Pharmacovigilance (preferred) H&H Group believes in the benefits of a diverse & inclusive workplace & aims to reflect the varied cultures within which we exist.
