We reward your skills while supporting a healthy work–life balance. Key responsibilities Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for solar projects and operations. Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement in solar initiatives. Ensure financial practices meet accounting standards and solar industry regulations and applicable laws. Monitor compliance of projects with the Clean Energy Council Standards. Conduct variance analysis with commentary on solar project costs, revenues, and margins. Support annual budgeting and develop financial models for residential and commercial solar projects. Monitor solar project expenses and margins to ensure profitability and cost efficiency. Work with operations, installers, and sales teams to align financial data with solar project milestones. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role Strong analytical and financial modelling skills Join us in leading the Solar Revolution!
