You will be delivering $72 million high-end apartment development projects located in the Inner Perth Area. Head Contractor Long term pipeline of projects Location: Perth Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 Super negotiable dependent of experience and value you can bring. What you will be doing? In this role you’ll be leading the project with a Site Manager, Contract Administrators and subcontractors. Project is $72m high-end apartment development project. You will be responsible for managing the project life cycle, liaising with all stakeholders to communicate deadlines, encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines & budgets. What are we looking for? We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial new build or Multi Res projects. Ideally exposure to project above $40 million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders.
