About the Role: Based at our state-of-the-art Brisbane Head Office, you’ll play a key role in bringing our marketing to life. From branded beef products and our retail store to foodservice and agricultural operations, you’ll help plan, develop, and roll out a range of exciting initiatives across the business. It’s a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, designers, agencies, and customers to create engaging content - from social media and digital campaigns to point-of-sale materials, trade shows, and more. You’ll also have the chance to visit our Queensland sites - including our feedlot, stations, and retail locations- to see firsthand the people and stories behind our brand. What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll have your hands in all kinds of marketing activities and get to work with a wide range of people and projects. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be involved in: Coordinating marketing campaigns across different areas of the business. Creating engaging content for social media, websites, and digital platforms. Making sure our brand looks and sounds consistent across everything we do. Working with designers, printers, and suppliers to bring ideas to life. Helping to plan and attend trade shows, events, and on-site activations. Keeping marketing calendars, image libraries, and promotional stock organised. Supporting the wider marketing team with admin and project tasks. Collaborating with internal teams on innovation projects and new product development (NPD). About You: You’re a creative and motivated marketing professional who enjoys working across a variety of projects and bringing ideas to life. You’re just as comfortable writing content as you are coordinating campaigns - and you’re always up for learning something new. Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role. Great written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail - you’re great at managing multiple tasks at once. Confidence using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and AI. A creative mindset and a team-first approach. Willingness to travel occasionally to our regional and rural QLD sites.
