Our Hervey Bay Windows & Doors operations are looking for a Factory Supervisor to take responsibility for the timely production of quality products. You will lead the production team and drivers whilst maintaining a positive team environment that has an emphasis on workplace health and safety. The Role Plan and manufacture accurate quality products for delivery to customers in full and on time. Take responsibility for the timely delivery and installation of customer orders. Engage, train, counsel and mentor production and transport staff. Provide a safe compliant workplace by safe operation of plant, transport, tools and equipment. The Person Previous factory supervisory experience is essential, with experience in windows and doors, glass, or aluminium manufacturing highly regarded. Proven capability in leading and developing teams. Focused on producing quality products, meeting delivery expectations, and controlling production costs. A strong relationship builder with the discipline to achieve outcomes. Committed to meeting Workplace Health and Safety obligations and requirements. Trade qualifications would be highly regarded.
