Applicants must have strong experience in busy kitchens, be capable with fast paced, high volume service, take pride in food presentation and be effective in a busy team environment. Key Requirements are: Train junior kitchen staff Hard working and organized, team player with positive attitude Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality Overseeing all kitchen operations. Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required. Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items. Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock. Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen. Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh. Qualifications required - Relevant qualification with one year of fulltime work experience or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications Permanent full time role with a starting salary of $76K - $80K Salary (plus super).
