Permanent part time role for an experienced Bookkeeper Based in Bayview, offering a great salary, a small supportive and friendly team, parking on-site with loads of flexibility. Our client is one of Australia’s most successful and respected yacht dealerships with a very special community of well over 500 owners throughout the country. The dealership is home to some of the most sought-after production and semi-custom sailing and motor yacht brands from Germany, Italy, France and the Netherlands. This role will join the accounts and administration team based at Bayview in beautiful Pittwater, Sydney NSW. The role will be a mix of accounts and administration, is part-time, days are flexible, but you will need to be available to work on Tuesday's. Responsibilities: Reconcile Supplier Statements Approve invoices and check account allocations, input registrations Weekly supplier invoices – AU and NZ – including batch payments in bank account ready for approval, file invoices Weekly reporting and follow up of AUS and NZ debtors Reconcile and coding of company credit card transactions Reconcile supplier statements Reimburse expenses Ad-hoc office and service support as required Spare parts ordering, supplying and invoicing Managing the financial aspects of warranty claims and supplier warranty systems. Maintain Sales Ledger Skills Required Experience using Xero Experience using Service Mate CRM (highly desirable) Strong written and verbal communication skills Trustworthy and motivated with the ability to work autonomously Reliable and well organized with attention to detail Sound use of Microsoft Office Applications Experience using CRM systems Must hold current Driver’s license.
