Job Description In this role you will develop site risk management improvements supporting site operations, maintenance and projects, to improve overall results for Viva Energy Australia in terms of process safety, reliability and cost. Responsible for currency and effectiveness of Safety Case requirements. Participate in the auditing and monitoring framework, incorporate feedback from incident analysis, coordinate and participate in Safety Case revisions. Where required, assist in conducting incident investigation and analysis to identify general failure types, trends and opportunities for improvement. Liaising with external authorities on safety and risk management issues. Where required, lead or participate in HAZID activity on establish plants. Support Process Safety qualitative and quantitative risk assessment and advise Operations for areas such as, portable building location and occupancy. Support management of the Major Hazard Facility license renewal process inclusive of SFARP/ ALARP determination and demonstration. Identify and development opportunities and strategies for continuous improvement related to process safety management systems and processes.
