The Role We are currently seeking Line Crew Labourers to work across various locations in Australia on remote sensing projects. This is a physically demanding outdoor role requiring extensive travel, terrain navigation, and data hardware handling. What You'll Do As a Line Crew Labourer, your duties will include: Placing nodes in the ground using a small mattock and initiating devices Using GPS tablets to locate and confirm node placement points Manually handling individual nodes weighing 1-2 kg and crates up to 10 kg Collecting deployed nodes from placement locations Dismantling nodes to remove and store batteries and data modules for charging and data collection Traversing varied and difficult terrain on foot or using a Company Fleet 4WD vehicle (Toyota Hilux or similar) Working long hours in remote and hot outdoor environments Following safety and operational guidelines strictly Benefits Attractive daily rate Work across a variety of unique and remote Australian locations Accommodation, flights and meals are provided Your Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: A valid Australian Manual Driver's Licence (minimum P2 class) The physical ability to carry out repetitive, labour-intensive tasks in remote and hot environments Ability to lift up to 25 kg repetitively Willing to work in extremely remote areas for extended periods of time Ability to move to Brisbane QLD for deployment Willingness to complete all training and medical assessment Good spoken English to follow safety protocols and communicate effectively Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
