We are currently seeking experienced rig personnel including Drillers and Derrickmen for upcoming turn-key drilling and abandonment projects in Victoria, New Zealand and South-East Asia. Successful candidates must have current and up-to-date qualifications as specified below: Driller: Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in drilling operations Proficient in operating and maintaining drilling equipment, with strong knowledge of mud systems and drilling processes Proven leadership skills, with experience managing crews and maintaining safety standards Valid Driver's License First Aid & Perform CPR Confined Space Entry with BA Fire Extinguisher Gas Test Atmospheres Working at Heights 4WD Skill Set Wellsite Permit to Work Holder & Authority Confined Space Rescue Working Safely at Heights Rescue Operate a Front End Loader Operate Telehandler Rigging/Dogging qualifications are highly desirable EWP HRWL IWCF Level 3 Certificate IV in Drilling Oil/Gas Onshore HC or MC License is highly desirable Derrickman: Previous experience in a Derrickman role in the oil and gas industry, and minimum three years' hands-on experience in drilling operations, preferably including experience as a Floorhand or Roughneck. Comprehensive understanding of drilling equipment, mud tanks, mud pumps and drilling fluid systems Sound knowledge of drilling processes with a focus on tripping operations, mud management and equipment maintenance Valid Driver's License First Aid Perform CPR Confined Space Entry with BA Fire Extinguisher Gas Test Atmospheres Working at Heights 4WD Skill Set Wellsite Permit to Work Holder Confined Space Rescue Working Safely at Heights Rescue ISI Training or RPL Operate a Front End Loader HC, MC license (highly desirable) Rigging/dogging (highly desirable) We're looking for proactive, safety-driven leaders with strong work ethics and a commitment to operational excellence.
