Description About the role Reporting to the Head of Independents – Retail & On-Premise ANZ, you’ll be at the forefront of executing the Penfolds sales strategy, ensuring our brand is represented with excellence in every channel. Your leadership will directly impact team performance, customer engagement, and the long-term success of our luxury portfolio. You’ll lead a national team of Key Account Executives and Managers across Retail and On-Premise channels, driving capability, executional excellence, and strategic growth. Note: Regular national travel is required in this position What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire : Coach and mentor a national field sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement. Strategic Execution : Translate commercial strategy into actionable plans that deliver sustainable, profitable growth across Australia. Customer Excellence : Manage key strategic accounts and elevate Penfolds’ luxury positioning in every customer interaction. In-Field Leadership : Spend 60% of your time in trade—coaching, developing, and building strong market presence.
