We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join a reputable bulk haulage contractor servicing a high-profile mining contract in the Pilbara region. About the Role: As the Site Administrator , you’ll play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the site. Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, your responsibilities include: Liaising weekly with the owner operator and contractors to support effective site communication. Overseeing mobilisation, recruitment administration, and onboarding processes for site personnel. Managing PPE distribution and inventory for all workers. Controlling site documents including QA/QC documentation and compliance records. Providing general administrative support to the site team across logistics and project operations. Supporting operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery across a fast-paced contracting business. Requirements: Previous site admin experience — ideally within mining, transport, logistics, or civil projects. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Current C Class Manual Driver’s Licence (Essential) National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain) Comfortable managing admin tasks both in-field and office environments.
