In this hands-on role, you will coordinate mechanical crews, ensure safety compliance, and oversee the execution of planned maintenance and repairs on critical plant equipment. This is a key leadership position requiring a strong understanding of mechanical systems, shutdown planning, and high-pressure decision-making.
