KingKira is seeking a highly skilled and trade-qualified Maintenance Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities across its operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment reliability, and managing a team. Key Responsibilities Include: Overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations across the fleet Planning and scheduling servicing, inspections, and repairs Coordinating with mechanics, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of work Monitoring and managing maintenance backlogs and priorities Conducting toolbox meetings and ensuring compliance with safety protocols Supporting mobilisation and demobilisation of assets across various sites Maintaining accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities Liaising with operations to minimise equipment downtime and ensure availability Requirements: Trade qualified in a mechanical or related field Proven experience in a similar maintenance supervisory or coordination role Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency with Dynaway or similar maintenance management systems Experience using Dime Scheduler or comparable planning software This will be a Perth-based role with frequent travel to site as required to support maintenance operations and asset mobilisation Apply Today!
