About the Job Harness Energy Services is expanding operations nationally with new offices and locations to be opened. As we enter into this growth phase we have multiple opportunities for experienced recruiters to join our successful team. With a well-established client portfolio, the focus will be identifying talent through channels that resonate with candidates in the Oil & Gas, Renewables, Construction, and Mining industries. Your creative ideas will see you thinking outside of the box in sourcing exceptional candidates. You will be able to back yourself, work autonomously and thrive within a team environment. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will not be limited to the following: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding and mobilisation Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with industry trends and client needs Utilising innovative sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, and industry forums to attract qualified candidates Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and industry insights Conducting Reference checks Overseeing the up-skilling and training of candidates Reviewing potential candidates for ‘Recognition of Prior Learning’ with the assistance of our RTO Engaging regularly with existing candidates to ensure their retention Onboarding and implementation of new candidates to client portfolio etc. Skills and Experience To be considered for the role, you will have: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong background in blue collar and specialist roles. Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse candidates Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail High level of professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to handle confidential information Understanding of legal frameworks, contracts, and Industrial Relations (highly regarded) Previous experience working with JobAdder (Highly regarded) Previous knowledge and network in Oil & Gas Labour Hire Agency background (Highly regarded) How to apply If our offering above appeals to you and you've got what it takes to be our next team member, please apply via the link to have a confidential discussion.
