About the Role Working collaboratively within a supportive and close-knit recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in managing a high-volume recruitment portfolio, strategically split across various geographical regions. Your key responsibilities will include: Driving End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief to offer, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborating closely with stakeholders and hiring leads, providing expert coaching and advisory support throughout the recruitment journey. Candidate Experience Champion: Coordinating all pre-employment checks with a strong emphasis on maintaining exceptional candidate engagement and communication at every stage. About You You are an experienced Recruitment professional, ideally with a background in high-volume environments, who thrives on organisation, proactivity, and meticulous attention to detail. Your highly personable approach and ability to build rapport make you a natural fit for this collaborative team. We're looking for someone who: Possesses proven experience within a recruitment function, with a strong track record of running successful end-to-end recruitment processes; Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and exceptional follow-up skills, ensuring recruitment processes remain on track and efficient; and Exhibits outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
