The Opportunity With expansion comes new opportunities and as such there are two newly created positions available for People and Culture Business Partners to join a growing HR team to support the Retail Operations function of the business, enhancing the people, culture, wellbeing initiatives, and driving business objectives through innovative HR practices and a strong ER focus. Responsibilities Partnering with the broader People Team to execute the People strategy Providing a consultancy and advisory service to Retail Operations and Support Office management on relevant HR matters including interpretation of relevant acts, legislation, policies and procedures Providing and coaching the Retail and Support Office teams to offer proactive, compliant, professional advice and practical experience on employee relations issues Managing, monitoring, and providing strategies in key people metrics to forecast any risks, identify trends and measure success to drive continuous improvement Creating and implementing further training across the business within remit to upskill leaders and reduce any foreseeable risks The preferred Candidate Ideally three or more years experience in HR and experience as a HR Generalist position (ideally within the retail industry) Strong knowledge of employment legislation and ability to advise on a broad range of ER/IR issues The ability to develop and maintain relationships with a variety of key stakeholders across all levels of the business Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to establish relationships at all levels Enjoy collaborative teamwork and hands-on involvement with the Retail Operations team Personable, fun to work with and wants to be part of an inclusive and friendly team On Offer Up to $160,000 plus superannuation Performance bonuses EBIT bonuses Generous discount on products across all brands On site parking provided State of the art offices that will make you proud to work there Hybrid working options, three days in office and two days from home Extra flexibility to work from home during particularly busy times when you need 100% focus Fantastic team who are family friendly and get that ‘life happens’ and will support you along the journey Contact Daniel Jensen 0401 238 901 daniel@voyagerrecruitment.com.au
