Property Manager – Build to Rent | Bayside Location About the Opportunity We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee a brand-new, architecturally designed Build to Rent development in Melbourne’s vibrant Bayside corridor . Think clean lines, walkable living, and premium rental experiences delivered with precision. What You’ll Be Doing End-to-end property management across a single-site BTR development. Building trusted relationships with tenants and managing renewals, leasing, and rent reviews. Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and VCAT-related processes in line with Victorian legislation. Collaborating with on-site building management and leasing staff. Maintaining accurate records and documentation using cloud-based property management systems. Delivering five-star service with a firm grasp on the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (Vic) . What You’ll Bring Previous experience as a Property Manager (ideally 2 years). Solid working knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy law (you know your RTA from your RTBA). Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and valid driver's licence. Tech comfort – experience with platforms like PropertyMe, Console Cloud, or similar. Proactive mindset with strong communication skills — both tenant-facing and internal.
