ConsultANZ is currently on the lookout for a Piling Supervisor to join our team. Our client, a prominent piling contractor specializing in ground improvement and engineering in the Perth market, is set for expansion in 2025. They are actively engaged in diverse Civil Infrastructure projects across Western Australia. This opportunity entails a permanent position situated in Perth, with occasional travel as needed. In this role, as a supervisor, you will report directly to the Project Engineers and Project Management. Main Duties: To coordinates activities of workers engaged in piling and ground improvements for structures, such as bridges and retaining walls for earth embankments, such as cofferdams: To Directs workers engaged in operating machines to drive piling and sheets. This includes but is not limited to: Responsible for ensuring all quality assurance on-site Enforcing all OH&S procedures Management of Staff and labor of own team and sub-contractors About You: A minimum of 10 years' experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor within the civil infrastructure sector. A thorough understanding of the civil works delivery including Piling and ground improvements. In-Depth knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental compliances A proven track record of mentoring and helping junior members of staff (leading hand etc.) The ability to work alongside Project Managers to deliver projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Benefits: Competitive salary on offer from $140K and $150K per annum Ute and other benefits for this role.
