This is a position for a Senior Property Manager to slot right on in & join a team that has low staff turnover. We are looking for a go-getter! Manage a neat, tidy and local based portfolio of 250 properties Manage a Junior Property Manager and Leasing Consultant Liaising with landlords Conducting repairs and maintenances Rental arrears management Completion of outgoings Carry out regular rent and lease reviews NO accounts and NO weekends.
