The Role You’ll support an experienced Property Manager and take full responsibility for the day-to-day leasing process across a well-maintained residential portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Respond to rental enquiries via phone, email, and online portals Conduct open homes and private inspections Process applications and conduct reference checks Conduct routine, ingoing & outgoing inspections Coordinate basic repairs and maintenance Assist with rent reviews and lease renewals Provide overflow support to the Property Management team The Person You're organised, professional, and eager to build your real estate career. Whether you’ve just completed your Certificate of Registration or have 6–12 months of experience, this role is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door and progress quickly.
