The Role: Coordinate and conduct thorough ingoing, outgoing, and routine property inspections Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard Compile detailed reports and meet established KPIs Carry out private property inspections Assist with various property management administrative tasks as needed The Person: Previous real estate experience is preferred however not essential Hold a valid current certificate of registration is required!
