Introduction THE ROLE Swing City is a state of the art, purpose built, leisure and social centre in Sydney's Norwest area. The Duty Manager will ensure the efficient daily operations across all aspects of the venue, with a focus on leading and motivating the team to drive sales performance and exceed customer service expectations. RESPONSIBILITES Ensure a quality experience is provided across all areas of the multi-faceted venue Manage, lead and upskill all FOH team members. Responsible for the opening and closing procedures pf the venue. Ensure all daily cash procedures are adhered. Deal with customer complaints to ensure effective and timely solution are provided. Assist the Venue GM and OM to plan, develop and implement experiences Provide feedback to management on operational enhancements, revenue initiatives and product improvement. Adherence to all policies, procedures, legislation and occupational health and safety standards. Assist and support other areas and departments when needed. ABOUT YOU Previous experience leading a team within a Food & Beverage or Venue Operations environment. Proven success in motivating and developing a team to deliver exceptional financial goals and customer service standards. Extensive cash handling experience and proven experience opening and closing venues. Experience dealing with guest complaints and finding efficient, effective and timely solutions.
