About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition / Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our national early careers team in our Brisbane office in a full-time, permanent role. Our early careers team are responsible for high school and university student attraction and recruitment activities, and the delivery of our early career vacation and graduate programs, designed to set our future leaders up for success with BDO. In this role, you will be responsible for a Brisbane portfolio, and day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end high-volume recruitment for early careers positions including, involvement in workforce planning, shortlisting, interviews, assessment centres, offers, and onboarding. Building and maintaining relationships with high schools, universities, student societies and professional bodies (i.e. CA/CPA). Promoting BDO as an employer of choice, attending careers expos and events, often as a guest speaker or panellist. Building and maintaining a network of early career industry professionals, university contacts, and stay connected to emerging talent. Delivering structured early careers vacation, undergraduate and graduate programs including, overall coordination, facilitation of induction and training and development workshops, coordinating events and social/connection activities, check-ins/exit interviews and more. Providing ongoing support and guidance to our vacationers, graduates and leaders. Promoting diversity and inclusion by actively seeking a diverse talent pool and implementing inclusive practices. About You Previous experience in the delivery of early careers recruitment, and/or development programs is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels. Strong project management skills, and the ability to prioritise, and manage multiple competing deadlines.
