About the role . Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will join a collaborative and supportive HR team dedicated to designing and implementing people-focused strategies and initiatives. You will work closely with the QLD Senior Leadership Team to support the whole QLD employee group. You will spend your days supporting the HR initiatives of the group, reporting on metrics to help guide decision making and workforce planning, acting as a trusted advisor providing support and people advice, as well as influencing engagement, positive culture and facilitate best practise HR Principles. It is a requirement of this position to regularly be onsite in clinics located in Brisbane and also the Gold Coast. Most importantly, you will be given the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by an experienced and diverse group of HR professionals and the ability to develop and grow professionally.
