Owners Corporation Manager - Full Time WFH Role Due to growth / changes the opportunity to join our great team has arisen. Working in a fantastic flexible full time WFH role, with a team of 10 staff, a large and respected strata brand, and great support! You will start with a portfolio of approx 500 lots that will scale up dependant on your capacity over time towards 700 lots approx. You will have some admin support and training provided also, and likely report directly to the 2x operations managers who are also strata managers. Properties are mostly residential medium density and around inner suburbs Melbourne. Hours: Approx Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, no weekends. shared % of 2.2's generated by the business, extra potential 5-10K! JOB DUTIES: - Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc - Deal with accounts (if needed), admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties - Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings - Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential with odd commercial, as described above With an excellent name brand, friendly and supportive directors who understand how tough strata management can be, you will be working for some of the best in the industry.
