Transcend Workforce is seeking an experienced Sales Support professional to assist a team of four sales representatives. This role sits within the steel reinforcement industry, supporting customers such as builders and concreters across Australia. Location is Truganina Melbourne. Part-time | 4 hours per day | Monday to Friday | $32.18 per hour Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team Process sales orders, quotes, and customer enquiries accurately and promptly Manage incoming calls and emails relating to customer accounts and orders Support onboarding of new customers and maintain strong ongoing relationships Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contract terms Assist with general admin tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling Key Requirements Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Effective verbal and written communication Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team If this sounds like you, apply today – we’d love to hear from you!
