In this role, you'll play a vital part in Field Service office admin duties – You will also: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Field Services team. Oversee document control systems and ensuring effective process management. Manage financial operations such as purchase order creation, goods receipting, timesheet entries, and creation, and onboarding of new vendors and suppliers. Maintain compliance documentation, including Dangerous Goods licences, the National Heavy Vehicle Register, driver logs, consignment notes, and related registers. Deliver general administrative assistance to the wider Field Services team and its stakeholders.
