Full time, continuing opportunity Provide high level and comprehensive strategic advice to Senior Stakeholders across the University Offering a competitive remuneration package including 17% superannuation About the opportunity As the Senior Manager, HR Partnering, you will provide strategic guidance relating to the University, HR and Faculty priorities to ensure operational excellence, quality and service delivery for the Faculty of Medicine and Health (FMH). As a leader within the HR Partnering function the role will support leading functional wide projects focused on improving the consistency, quality and continuous improvement of the HR Partnering function. Your key responsibilities will be to: lead the development and implementation of strategies and plans for HR Service Delivery to key client groups stakeholder engagement through building and managing strong professional relationships within HR and across senior leaders of the university collaborate across the HR Partnering function and with COE’s to lead implementation of projects and deliver strategic priorities directly and indirectly manage a team of HR Partners to ensure effective collaboration, teamwork and overseeing implementation, modeling the expected behaviours support the Associate Director, HR Partnering in key stakeholder management, strategic initiatives and acting as a deputy when required. About you highly developed skills across strategic relationships and senior stakeholder management ability to problem solve and influence outcomes experience delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement projects within HR proven ability to lead a team of HR professionals experience in a HR Partnering, Consultant or Specialist role within a large and complex organisation.
