The opportunity based at our National Support Office in Ballarat Be the first point of call for the People & Community team providing timely and accurate advice. Monitor & highlight compliance issues with Petstock Groups policies, procedures and all relevant legislation across the network. Develop and maintain a range of HR documentation & support internal communication on HR related topics. Support the HR team to develop and execute goals & projects to align with overall business strategy. Ensure communication flow from Human Resources to other departments/stores is executed in a timely manner. Support the People & Community teams to provide ongoing HR support to develop best practice people management. Coordinate tasks that relate to overall Employee Experience such as (but not limited to) Awards, Milestones and Referral bonuses. Whether you've done one or all of the below - we would love to hear from you! HR graduate and/or 1-2 years Administration experience. Experience as a sales assistant in retail or customer service roles. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
