Full time fixed term until January 2026 Fantastic opportunity to join the University’s HR Partnering Leadership team Offering a competitive remuneration package including 17% superannuation About the opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for HR leaders seeking experience in an Associate Director role within the HR Partnering portfolio, working in partnership with our Faculty of Medicine and Health (FMH) senior leaders on HR related matters. You will bring your skills in leadership, strategy, workforce planning, organisational change, capability building and conflict resolution while leading with a high performing HR Partnering team. This secondment opportunity will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to build a collaborative and client-centric culture, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivering integrated, strategic HR solutions and operational excellence. As a people leader, you will foster a strong team culture, provide opportunities for capability development and review work programs in alignment with the priorities of your University client groups. As a member of the HR Partnering leadership team and an expert in the employee lifecycle, you will collaborate with your peers to drive the agenda for the Partnering portfolio in alignment with the HR priorities and the 2032 University Strategy. You will support the development of people and process-related solutions expected of the HR Partnering portfolio in collaboration with the Director HR Partnering, leading programs of work with other HR Centres of Expertise. About you (skills, capabilities and experience) experience in leading a high-performing team of HR professionals within a large, complex, and matrixed organisation exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to operate tactfully and professionally at senior levels relevant tertiary qualifications with extensive senior HR management, partnering, and consultancy experience experience as a senior HR professional who proactively engages and collaborates within a Centre of Expertise model (desirable) outstanding presentation, communication, and influencing skills to convey messages to diverse clients and senior executive audiences flexibility in organisational and planning skills to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment demonstrated experience in driving alignment, consistency, and excellence in delivering integrated, commercially sound HR solutions and operational excellence a proven commitment to HR values and behaviours, providing leadership in delivering the workforce strategy and operational planning, embedding, and facilitating the achievement of workforce goals and initiatives. Term and remuneration This is a full-time fixed term role until January 2026. You will be offered a competitive remuneration package commensurate with the responsibilities of the position and the your relevant experience and qualifications.
