What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Associate, you’ll take the lead on small to medium-sized engagements and play a key role in larger, complex projects. Your responsibilities may include: Leading financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions Supporting lead advisory work, including preparation of information memoranda, management of sale process, and stakeholder coordination Identifying key deal issues, risks, and value drivers Conducting financial analysis, modelling and forecasting Supporting capital raising from private equity and other investors Supervising and mentoring junior team members About you: What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Ideally, you’ll bring: 4–6 years’ experience in professional services (corporate finance experience preferred) A Business or Commerce degree with an Accounting major Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking The ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bonus points if you have: Experience managing or mentoring junior staff A strong professional network and relationship-building skills What’s In It for You?
