As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a detail-oriented P&C Coordinator to support key remuneration, reporting, and compliance processes. Based in Brisbane t his role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their HR skills in a supportive, high-performing team that plays a critical role in driving business outcomes. Working across annual remuneration reviews, incentive programs, compliance submissions and diversity reporting, you’ll keep sensitive data secure while helping shape meaningful workforce insights. With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include: Coordinate and support annual Remuneration Review, Bonus, and Long-Term Incentive processes. Lead data submissions and analysis for WGEA, NRG, and Champions of Change reporting. Assist with benchmarking, Award classification, BOOT reconciliation and Workcover Insurance renewals. Maintain and optimise Workday compensation functions, including updates to super, bonus parameters, and system integrity. Support development of workforce reporting and analytics, including HR scorecards, PU metrics, and diversity data. Provide backup as Workday System Administrator, supporting key HR processes and employee data accuracy. Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role: E xperience in HR or P&C, ideally with exposure to remuneration or reporting. Working knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and solid Excel skills. Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality, with the ability to manage sensitive data securely. Sound understanding of Awards, Fair Work legislation and key HR compliance frameworks. Proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently to tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and a curious mindset , you enjoy solving problems and improving processes.
