About the Role We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded leader to help shape and execute the Penfolds Brand Homes strategy in Australia through the iconic Penfolds Magill Estate. This role plays a pivotal part in bringing our luxury brand to life through exceptional consumer experiences, in partnership with our operating partner. Lead the relationship with our operating partner, ensuring alignment, performance, and collaboration that supports the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and brand standards. Ownership of business planning, reporting, and operational excellence across our venue(s), driving strong commercial and experience outcomes. Influence internal stakeholders and champion the Penfolds experience internally and externally Drive cross-functional integration across planning, systems, and teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality delivery of the Penfolds Brand Homes strategy. Own cross-functional integration of new initiatives, experiences, and venue enhancements About You You’re a commercially astute leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for delivering premium consumer experiences. You know how to navigate complexity, influence at all levels, and turn strategy into scalable business outcomes.
