We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Environmental & Sustainability Advisor for our growing program of capital works within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. In this role you'll be responsible for: Contributing to the achievement of the contracts environmental & sustainability objectives and targets Opportunity to closely liaise with client, designers and delivery teams Managing the development of environmental project delivery documentation, including Construction Environment Management Plans (CEMP), Environmental Work Method Statements (EWMS) and Environmental Control Plans (ECP) to ensure compliance with the project Planning Approval Documentation Managing, mentoring and coaching the works delivery team in all environmental aspects and sustainability considerations Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, contractual requirements and project-specific CEMP/EWMS/ECP Managing environmental incidents/non-conformances, investigations and close-out How you'll connect to the role: Tertiary qualified in Environmental Science or other related discipline A minimum of 2 years’ industry experience Knowledge of environmental constraints, issues and management principles applicable to infrastructure corridors Experience in Commonwealth and State environmental legislation Qualification or training in incident investigation and close-out Knowledge of infrastructure design, construction and maintenance practices Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.
