As an intern, you’ll support our customer service and technical support teams while developing hands-on knowledge of automation systems, internal processes, and customer-facing operations. You’ll be exposed to practical tools and platforms used in the industry, with mentoring and training to build your readiness for full-time opportunities. High-performing interns may be invited to join our structured 18-month Graduate Development Program, which provides a clear pathway into roles such as internal sales, application engineering, project engineering, or external sales. Key Responsibilities As an intern, you will support our customer service and technical support functions while building real-world experience across the following areas: Order & Sales Support : Process customer orders, assist with preparing quotes, and respond to both technical and non-technical inquiries via phone and email interactions. Customer Engagement : Communicate with a range of clients (OEMs, integrators, end-users) to provide accurate lead times and service updates. Documentation : Maintain records of orders, customer interactions, and support cases using internal systems. Team Collaboration : Work with Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Accounts to ensure smooth operations. General Assistance : Support day-to-day tasks and contribute to ongoing team needs as required. Requirements What We’re Looking For Final-year student or recent graduate in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar) Available at least 3 days per week; availability for 5 days is highly regarded.
