Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to temporarily join their team in Melbourne's inner suburbs. This exciting opportunity will see you supporting critical financial and procurement operations within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Invoice Management: Process supplier invoices, including petty cash reimbursements and Australia Post cards, ensuring proper coding and authorisation in alignment with GSANZ Delegations policy. Payment Preparation: Prepare timely and accurate weekly payments for suppliers, staff reimbursements, and Sisters' payments. Corporate Card Administration: Manage applications, top-ups, and cancellations as required. Accounts Receivable: Process customer invoices and payments, generate statements and ageing reports, and proactively follow up on outstanding accounts based on due dates. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a similar role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks. A sound understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement processes. Proficiency in managing financial records and reporting. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
