Join Treasury Wine Estates as a Financial Analyst supporting our prestigious Penfolds division . This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering best-practice financial planning, reporting, and strategic insights that drive global performance and will suit a finance graduate ideally in the process of gaining CA/CPA qualification . Responsibilities include Provide critical support in developing and delivering financial planning processes, including the annual budget, 5-year strategic plan, monthly forecasts, and reporting Contribute to the consolidation and analysis of financial data across the Global Penfolds division, delivering insights to senior stakeholders including the CFO and Group Finance Drive monthly close and IBP forecast activities, with a focus on overheads, identifying risks and opportunities Prepare ad hoc analysis on regional and brand performance, pricing, and cost trends Support long-term forecasting and presentation development for executive leadership Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in data analytics and finance processes About you This position will suit a recent graduate that has commenced their career in a finance role within a complex organization (FMCG or Big 4 background is preferred). As a graduate financial analyst, you will support the annual budget and 5-year plan process, monthly Integrated Business Planning process, and liaise with internal teams for insight collection and communication. Finance Graduate or similar discipline ideally in the process of gaining CA/CPA qualification Strong analytical and Excel skills, with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present clear, actionable insights A growth mindset and curiosity to understand performance drivers Experience with PBCS, JDE, or HFM is highly desirable Culture We bring our whole selves, we’re courageous and we deliver together – that’s our DNA.
