Description The Finance Business Partner (Internally titled Planning and Control Senior Specialist Australia) is supporting the preparation and development of management reporting, budgeting & forecasting, for the one of the One Australia entity (Amplifon, Bay and Attune) and providing insight for both finance and the broader business. The Planning and Control Senior Specialist is supporting the Head of FP&A and the FD in various analysis and projects. The Planning and Control Senior Specialist is conducting internal audit to ensure internal controls and effective accounting system and policies are implemented Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: The responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Preparing and reviewing key monthly financial information (P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow statement) Pro-active issue identification as well as providing recommendation for solutions through excellent Business partnering Facilitating the planning and forecasting processes (P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow statement) Understand the business result, and driving reporting improvements Ad hoc projects as requested Review & optimize finance processes in line with Amplifon guidelines & best practices Effectively communicate and implement change Support M&A activities Experience & Qualifications: Essential experience Experience in audit &/or within a complex corporate multinational environment is a plus Financial modelling skills along with forecasting and budgeting experience Highly analytical person, who has a desire to learn and willingness to drive performance.
