About the opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Manager , Ecosystem & Partnership to help us deliver this important national mission. You’ll work directly with the CEO and lead the operational heartbeat of the organisation. From managing government and supplier contracts to ensuring seamless reporting, budgeting and strategic coordination across programs, your work will keep Quantum Australia firing on all cylinders. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with operational precision and who’s excited to contribute to something with real, national significance. Your key responsibilities will be to: be the operational anchor — oversee financial reporting, contract management, compliance and planning across multiple funding sources drive clarity and coordination across Quantum Australia’s three program streams: Ecosystem, Partnerships, and New Ventures build powerful relationships — work closely with government agencies, universities, and industry leaders to deliver value and ensure alignment connect the national network — support coordination across Quantum Australia’s nodes in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, and the ACT enable performance — work with our Data, Impact, and Systems Managers to ensure strategy and execution are always in sync contribute to strategy — help shape how we deliver nationally significant outcomes, today and into the future About you tertiary qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience strong financial acumen and comfort with managing complex budgets and grants experience managing contracts, ideally in a government or higher education setting proven stakeholder engagement skills — you can speak the language of both government and industry highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to juggle competing demands passionate about science, innovation, and the power of collaboration.
