Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in: Deliver salary benchmarking insights by managing salary survey submissions and interpreting results to guide market-aligned remuneration decisionsDevelop and maintain salary bands and job benchmarking frameworksSupport the execution of our short-term incentive and annual salary review processes Coordinate employee and executive equity (share) plan activities, including annual grants, stakeholder engagement, and third-party liaisonPartner on global benefits renewals, assessing value and effectiveness of offerings in collaboration with local teams and brokersAssist with data collation and analysis for the Remuneration Report and People & Performance Committee (PPC)Provide strategic remuneration advice and support across a wide variety of people-related projects What You Will Bring Proven experience in remuneration and benefits, ideally within global or ASX-listed environmentsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to model data and extract actionable insightsProficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reportingExperience with equity/share plan administrationKnowledge of remuneration frameworks and legislation in Australia (UK exposure a bonus)Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across HR, Finance, Legal, and external partnersA customer-first mindset with a passion for continuous improvementThe ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
