Reporting to the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day coordination of ward operations, supporting both staff and patients through timely and accurate administrative services. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining patient records, managing appointments through the Sunrise system, and supporting bed management processes in collaboration with nursing staff. In this dynamic role, you will also oversee stock control by ordering medical and stationery supplies via the Oracle system, ensuring the ward remains well-resourced and operationally efficient. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment will contribute to the smooth functioning of the ward and a positive patient experience. About You You are a professional and adaptable administrator with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering efficient, confidential, and customer-focused service. Your ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and support clinical operations makes you an asset to any healthcare team. Proven administrative experience with strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems. Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with patients and staff in a sensitive and professional manner. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Sound knowledge of medical terminology, administrative practices, and a commitment to workplace safety and customer service standards.
