We’re seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to our Director of Business (Company Secretary). About The Role The role provides direct executive support to the Director of Business and manages their Office. This key senior administrative role provides support across the non-academic activities within the Director’s portfolio and will be expected to exercise significant initiative in administrative matters and sound judgment in dealings with the broader School community. The incumbent regularly has access to personal and/or sensitive information, so integrity and confidentiality are the foundations for success in this role. Experience in a similar position demonstrating high level office management skills together with an ability to work under pressure with a stakeholder service-based focus is essential. About You: 5 years proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally C-Suite experience Previous School experience is an advantage but not essential High level interpersonal and listening skills with an ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate initiative in dealing with people in a variety of situations A detail-oriented individual capable of working independently, proactively and in managing complex schedules Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Secretarial experience supporting governing boards, committees, or executive management is preferred Advanced skills using the Office 365 suite of applications including SharePoint and OneDrive would be highly advantageous.
