What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a casual Client Services Representative who brings enthusiasm, energy, and a commitment to providing top-notch service. This busy front-of-house role requires you to be the welcoming face of MVSC, ensuring every client interaction is positive and professional. Minimum 2 years’ reception or client services experience (essential) Experience in veterinary or health industries (highly regarded) Initiative and adaptability with strong multitasking skills Exceptional attention to detail and time management Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vets via phone, email, and in-person Team player with reliability and flexibility A calm, empathetic approach to customer interactions Key Responsibilities: Greet clients professionally and warmly at all times Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and referring veterinarians Answer telephones and manage communications Schedule and manage appointments efficiently Maintain accurate client files and records Organise post and couriers Process payments and finalise transactions Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable Why Join Us?
