About the Role Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth? We are seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join our team, in this role you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, growing market share, and managing key national accounts. Requirements Key Responsibilities Achieve annual sales and rental targets for order intake, revenue, and gross profit. Manage pricing and ensure financial returns align with company expectations. Identify growth opportunities within assigned national accounts. Serve as the primary contact for all sales, rental, and account management matters. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Deliver strategic presentations, business reviews, and tailored proposals. Maintain accurate customer profiles and sales forecasts in Crown 360. Prepare quotes and proposals aligned with customer needs and company standards. Ensure timely processing of sales files and order documentation. Promote and adhere to Crown’s safety standards and procedures. Report hazards, incidents, and injuries in a timely manner. Skills and Experience Proven success in national account management and B2B sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. MBA preferred; tertiary qualifications in Business or Management required. Industry experience in MHE or related fields is highly desirable. Benefits What sets us apart?
