The role is a key contact point for customers, and internal staff. The successful candidate will provide high quality customer service, process customer transactions, enter and reconcile product sales and undertake associated administrative tasks. The role is part of the Finance Team and supports daily operations and month-end tasks. This is a 12-month contract role. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for SRC customers and depot staff. Respond to customer enquiries and assist with onboarding new customers. Accurately input purchases and sales data Reconcile sales, create invoices, and follow up outstanding payments. Work within month-end timeframes. Support managers with administrative tasks and daily operations. Ordering depot supplies Desired Skills and Experience About You Excellent communication and a warm, professional phone manner Impeccable attention to detail and time management Experience in customer service and administration or finance-related duties A collaborative team player who can also work independently Tech-savvy and confident with digital tools and accounting systems Commitment to safe practices and alignment with Scouts SA values Qualifications and Checks Certificate III in Business (desirable) National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain them) Why Join Us?
