Posted Date: 25 Jun 2025 Location: Perth Precinct, WA, AU Reporting into The Technology Operations Support Manager , the Technology Planner will join our Team on a full-time basis at our Perth Precinct. This role involves creating and maintaining the short-term plan and forecast for multiple customers and sites that are serviced by Technology Service Operations. Roster: Monday – Friday 8.5 hours/day (including meal break) What You’ll Do: Create and maintain an up-to-date plan for technology projects, installations, Caterpillar updates, and labour support. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure resources and schedule are aligned. Identify potential risks to the plan, evaluate their impact, and devise mitigation strategies. Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives to tackle market challenges. Conduct weekly review meetings to make sure actions are completed and future work is achievable. Skills & Experience: Experience scheduling and planning people & resources for equipment maintenance in the mining industry. Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Project) Advanced communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal. Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously. Strong problem-solving skills.
